In part (A) of both forms, check the box ”Yes” to double-check in both cases and write the name of the other tenant on each of the forms.

You must select the pre-rental form, and enter the same information as for a potential tenant. It is important to indicate at the top of the form in an empty space ”Endorser” in order to identify the request. The endorser is responsible for the totality of the rent in the event of non-payment by the tenant until the end of the rental term. If the rental is renewed, the endorser is no longer liable unless the endorser has signed and therefore accepted that his commitment extends for the duration of the lease and its renewals.

  • If the debtor is an individual: 25%

Only a $25.00 fee plus taxes per file to be recovered. There is no $25.00 plus tax fee when you submit 10 or more applications.

Simply call us and we will provide you with the telephone number of a company that will legally find your debtor’s address, source of income and assets.

How long do I have to collect my file?2019-02-28T14:27:31-05:00

Overall, without judgment, the limitation period for a claim is three years. So, you have this time to start obtaining a judgment against your debtor. After that, you will no longer be able to submit a request for a judgment.

Once the judgment has been obtained, the limitation period is extended to 10 years. This gives you a decade, either to continue to collect your debtor or to enforce the said judgment.
