Q: What does « Double Inquiry » mean?

If more than one tenant wants to sign the lease together, you must have one form completed per candidate and obtain the signatures of each of the potential tenants. Q: Is it possible to investigate a tenant from outside Canada?

It is possible to search for the potential tenant outside Canada if he or she has been residing in Canada for a minimum of 6 months in order to obtain as much information as possible for the inquiry request. *If the tenant has never had an address in Canada, the information collected will be minimal or even non-existent.
