Q: Is there a membership fee for our services?

There are no membership fees. Only a $30.00 fee plus taxes per file to be recovered. There is no $30.00 plus tax fee when you submit 10 or more applications.

Q: I don't have my debtor's address or phone number, what should I do?

Simply call us and we will provide you with the telephone number of a company that will legally find your debtor's address, source of income and assets.

Q: As a result of the work of the Oligny et Thibodeau Collection Agency Inc. the debtor reimburses me directly; how do I proceed?

If you receive a payment amount, you simply notify us and we will send you an invoice for our commission.
